Jagora University is a Cameroonian Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education and Minister of Employment and Vocational Education authorized higher learning institution that offers bachelor’s, master and PhD degrees as well as professional certifications programs.

The Lean Six Sigma Certification programs offered by ECLEE and Jagora University are The European Center for Leadership and Entrepreneurship Education (ECLEE) curriculum’s meet the standards set forth by the Lean Advancement Initiative (LAI/EdNet), the Council for Six Sigma Certification and based on the French National Standard for continuing Education.

As a French Government accredited training organisation, The European Center for Leadership and Entrepreneurship Education (ECLEE) is referenced in the French database of Vocational Education and Training provider

Its objective is to attest to the quality of the actions of service providers (professional training, skills assessments, validation of prior experience, learning, etc.) under a single frame of reference.

The ECLEE offered Lean Six Sigma foundation is based on the LAI Lean Academy Curriculum
The curriculum progresses from introduction of lean fundamentals on day 1, to application of lean fundamentals on day 2, to quality and six sigma basics with case study, and implementation on day 3. Several concepts are reinforced throughout the curriculum: value stream mapping and analysis (VSMA); identifying and eliminating waste; continuous improvement Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles; data driven structured problem solving; respect for people.
Dr. Salouhou Mahamouda is part of the University working group of the former LAI/EdNet.

KL Deemed to be University was established in 1980-81, as KL College of Engineering, which was upgraded to KL College of Engineering Autonomous in 2006 by UGC, and was declared as a Deemed to be University in 2009 by UGC, MHRD Govt.of India. In 2012 as a Deemed to be University the institution was accredited by NAAC with A Grade and later in 2018, was re-accredited by NAAC with A++ grade. In 2019 UGC, MHRD declared this institution as Category I Institution.
